MIT License. See arcadestick_software/LICENSE.

The hardware design sources in ArcadeStick_hardware/ are licensed under the
CERN Open Hardware Licence Version 2 - Permissive (CERN-OHL-P-2.0). See
ArcadeStick_hardware/LICENSE.

Third-party components, including STM32 HAL, CMSIS, startup code, and USB
middleware, remain under their respective upstream licenses and copyright
notices. Nothing in this file relicenses those components.
